Hello, I'm new to this and need help with a problem - hope someone can help.
I need to know whether I follow the 1400 calorie daily intake for women or do I follow the BMI personal calorie intake for women? I'm on the side of the BMI as I have a lot of weight to lose and can start with a fairly high intake on the BMI and slowly reduce over time, hopefully keeping the weight off. Following the 1400 calories per day seems like going commando very quickly and facing the risk of putting the weight back on. It all seems a bit daunting! Hi
