Oh I thanked them profusely, usually the cakes would be in my mouth as soon as they went through the door again, I haven't told them I'm attempting to lose weight so its not their fault at all, a good test for me today that's for sure

They can be given to a nice neighbour, old folks home.. homeless person?

Yep have decided to send them in to my son's daycare unit that he goes to on Monday, they can share them out to all there then.

I found myself actually looking at the calorie content in the vain hope it was acceptable lol, they are going to my sons day unit Monday so the temptation will be removed tomorrow
