I don't generally photograph my food but if you're stuck for ideas for tomorrow's meals, I recommend this quick and easy salmon fillet (baked in foil ) with beetroot, steamed corn on the cob, roasted cherry tomatoes, and a portion of wholegrain rice & quinoa ( my only carbs today). Under 500 calories .
I had mine with a glass of chilled rose... but then I had been for a 2 hour walk today !! 😉
