So today I gave myself 1700 calories and I managed to have about 1600, I think I need to get my head around eating more of the right things. I'm going to weigh in on Saturday. Can anyone tell me were I note that down on here? Xx

I hope you have had chance to read all the information Rose gave you when you joined, especially the Welcome Newbies post which has lots of useful information. If you are asking about the forum weigh-in groups, these are posted the evening before and are in 'Events' to the right of the 'Home' Screen, along with the Daily Diary where you can plan your meals for the following day.

Mhmm, I had that problem bad at the beginning of my journey. When I joined this forum, and was informed that I wasn't eating enough calories, I found it quite difficult to wrap my mind around the idea that I could, and should, eat more calories in order to lose weight. I stupidly started eating white bread to add in extra calories. BIG mistake.
I believe you'll eventually adjust to it. It gets easier with time. It is still hard for me on some days, even now.
It is hard at the beginning to eat the right foods. I have only been doing this for a few weeks and still have bad food but eating more fruits. It takes time so good luck
