morning all, anyone know of any good but cheap scales? as i would like to start weighing myself weekly :) thanks!

There are many on Amazon for £7-£15. Make sure to check the reviews, though. My scales were £7.45, but I bought those from eBay.

Mine are just from the super market and I doubt cost more than £20 but the most accurate are at the GPs. I pass our GP surgery everyday so it's convenient, they have a little booth and the machine measures your heart rate and body fat too. It's amazing! You even get a little printout to take home. I assume some chemists will have them too

i just bought some "salter" digital scales at Sainsbury's. £22. Slick black glass with a small LCD display and they seem to be very accurate to me.
