Head has been in the right mode for a bit & weight loss is good...... I'm thankful. Doc says 2 stone more off should be fine.... Because I love experiments, I'm going to try the Blood Sugar Diet, it's had excellent reports for diabetes. I'm not rushing in, I'm doing what they recommend you do before starting the plan. My doc has done it & has reversed his diabetes; I'm mixing it up by using meal replacement shakes for two meals, which is what they used on the trials. Read an awful post on here yesterday about the appalling treatment of a forum user by her gynaecologist, it made me so angry on her behalf. Fatism does exist ! Don't people think that being overweight can be hard enough for many reasons without people sneering, condemning, judging etc ???? You just long for someone to "see you" ....... the person....... one woman I know, now looks 'favourably' on me now I've lost weight..... well she can f*** off !!!! If I was deserving of her contempt before, for no greater crime than being overweight, she is deserving of my contempt for her attitude. I don't want to know people like that. Sorry for mini rant, I'm still a bit upset by that poor woman's post yesterday........

I feel the same way. Just like when I got skinny once and all the people around suddenly gave me attention, like I was invisible before. Sorry that happened to you.
