Walking is great exercise, Kay and strength exercises don't need to be strenuous. Would you be able to raise 2 tins of beans above your head? That would be a great start and you could increase repetitions, if you felt able. You could speak to your GP for advice on your medication and exercise
Thank you for your reply I have decided walking is my exercise I cannot do exercises which put a strain on my next.
sorry to sound a whinger but that's how it is for me.
due to my medication I've been eating everything in sight but have managed to stick to he diet for 2 days so I'm please with that and I have found it easy.

You can do it. Just keep trying and it does come off. I haveost twelve pounds so far due to the support from others. Just keep going g and you will see results.
