6 & 1/4 pounds lost in one week? How did you do that?
What I said above - weighing and measuring anything I was able to, writing everything down to keep track, being careful with the carbs so for example I'd have a bed of shredded cooked cabbage with say chilli or Bolognese rather than rice or pasta and sticking to just below the minimum calories recommended for my BMI - works for me
