Only to be expected after my lovely weekend, put on 2lbs😫 Never mind today is a new day so onwards and downwards!!!

Yes - definitely - as YellowRose55 says, a short term gain from a holiday or similar is soon lost if you have a couple of really good days :-) It was worth it for a nice weekend, I bet !
