Hey gang, top tip here, don't be like me and think you've got the calorie counting thing down to a T. I got cocky and did away with faithfully recording all my intake, it's led to a right bobble on the scales.
Seems to be under control now, gave myself a talking to and now MyFitnessPal is glowing red hot from all the data entries I've been trying to catch up on.
Jeez those calories will jump on you when you give them half a chance.
Note to self: Stick to your routine, record, record and record what you're eating and stick to plan.

Hello Stevo, you're not wrong there mate.... last weekend husband insisted I had a treat... so I did..... didn't eat all day and in the evening I had Morrisons smaller spicy chicken pizza, deep pan, garlic bread, packed of crisps, and some minstrels, about two small bags........ now, if I'd have left it at that, unbelievably I would not have done so badly.... but I sneaked up to bed with a who,e bag of Tesco toffees and scoffed the lot, when I put it in fitness pal, that needless greedy gorging cost me 1265 calories !!! What a needLess waste 😏 Now I'm back pedalling 😕 Note to self ; do not be a greedy guts, that way leads to chubby chops + !!!
Mine was mid morning munchies, some cheese and flat bread, came out to nearly 1400! Managed to limit the damage to only a 100 cals over for the day but that's what got me thinking about the previous days.
I am not going to lose focus now after all the previous weeks of effort but could feel myself getting complacent so the hammer came down again.
Been back on track a couple of days now and scales are starting to head in the right direction again, it's not rocket science! Easy to get out of the groove though and increase intake without realizing. Shan't be happening again (he says!)
