Hi everyone...

I started off on the NHS 12 week thing, probably about 10 weeks ago, and was doing fine at first - lost about 4kg and then fell off the wagon a bit, and put most of it back again, so am up to 88kg which is almost where I was when I started! :(

I'm back now though, and am determined to see this through, I'll have to start the 12 weeks again and do it properly! :)

Don't worry StevieWoo, we're all human and life happens. And you haven't put on all you lost so you're still doing better than you were!

Now that you know what to do I'm sure you'll get through this time. Good luck! :)

Thank you VickyDLM - yes, I know that one thing I have to do, or rather not do, is buy biscuits on the way to doing the school-run for my children, then eat most of them myself!

So many traps to avoid, but knowing where and when they are is half the battle won! :)

I have trouble with cookies too. If they're in the cupboard they call to me until I eat them. So far I can only cope by not buying them!

Yes, same here - I can't just stop at one, so if not buying them is the only way to cope, that's the way it's got to be! :)

I'm with you all on this one. I haven't had a biscuit OR chocolate since I started this. 10weeks of no chocolate!!! But 19lb lighter

Excellent, well done! Yes I think the whole no-chocs/biscuits thing is going to be one of my ways forward too :)
