Hello Everyone. I currently weigh 14 stones and I have a 90 days challenge to walk for 6 miles a day. Today being Day 3 and doing in 2 hrs. I am also doing this with lifting tomatoe tins 20 times and 20 sit up as well as following a low carb health plan. Is this achievable/realistic? I don't want to look like whale in Spain this October. Please I will appreciate your advice.

This is achievable, as long as it's something that you enjoy. If you're only doing it to look good for your holiday, then you may find it a bit of a chore and be inclined to give up! There are more benefits to doing a mix of exercise, too, as the body quickly gets used to doing the same things.
Take a look at the Pinned posts section to the right of your screen (bottom if you're using a mobile), or in the drop down on the 'Posts' page (it says 'arrange by'). Read the Welcome Newbie thread, then move through to the challenges, where we hope you'll find at least one that will appeal to you.
Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news.
Take a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as a lot of people have been successful with it, making sure to enter your details into the NHS BMI calculator, to get a calorie allowance tailored to your personal requirements. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate.
To the right of the HOME page (bottom on a mobile), you'll find Events. In there, you'll find links to our daily Weigh-in's (you will choose just one day per week), our Daily Diary, where we post our menu and exercise plans, for accountability, advice and support and our “What's happening today” thread, where we pop in for a chat.

Nothing wrong with daily walks if you really love doing it ( it definitely did help my own weight loss). However, I see a potential problem with such a stringent target as 6 miles every day : what if you can't go walking on one or two days? Will you beat yourself up and give up? My suggestion would be to eat a well balanced, calorie controlled diet, include natural carbs ( but cut out processed ones), lots of leafy veg, and more protein and natural fats which will satisfy you longer.
Yes ,enjoy your good walks, but do some other activity on one/two days. This isn't a quick-fix program, it's about making feasible changes for life.
