Tricep curls to tone the muscle under your arm. I use a resistance band to do mine, they're not too expensive and there are loads of videos on youtube to show you how.

You cannot, unfortunately selectively lose weight from specific body parts. Fatloss occurs uniformly around the body and can not be targeted by exercise, despite all the adverts and magazines that would tell you otherwise. You can do exercise to strengthen the muscles underneath, and that is certainly a good thing to do, but it won't shift the fat layer.

The good news is that as you lose weight your arms and abs and all the other bits will emerge as the fat melts away, all together.

Drink water daily maximum 3 liters. Control your food diet and follow good healthy food diet. AVOID JUNK FOOD. Do simple exercise like swimming, running. It will also gives good results to your body health.

NHS choices living well page has link to exercise and there is a 10min exercise which focuses on bingo wings which are a mix of push ups, triceps dips etc

as FarmerGeddun said, biceps curls if you can't find stretch bands you could use large bags of flour or sugar (1-1.5kg) as weights, or buy weights.

I have also done overhead dips with weights- arm straight above your head support it with other hand at the elbow to steady upper armand then bend lower arm at elbow so weight touches back of shoulder and then return to upright position- then change arms 10-15 reps each.

It does help firm up the bingo wings

Probably not the best answer but buy a set of crutches, although not overweight when I had my accident last year, due to age and inadequate exercise I developed bingo wing's, I thought that I was stuck with them for good and had reverted to long sleeves, had accident, 12 weeks none weight bearing and I think they got worse, now after approximately 7/8 months on crutches they are gone, short sleeves are back and its not just there gone its that the triceps are firm again, obviously the skin hasnt become young again but a certain firming cream does help, losing weight is still not working well even though I only need to lose 5 kg, so maybe not great advice but it is possible to target set areas.
