As some of you know (especially the Sunday weigh in people) I have struggled to lose any weight on this programme.
I have also experienced unbelievable tiredness even though I work long days, falling asleep as soon as I sit down isn't right.
I have made two changes over the last ten days.
I have reduced my carbs significantly & following advice on this forum I now take my tablets for an under active thyroid first thing in morning & don't eat or drink anything for at least an hour after ( if only I had read the packet)
I really hope I can post even a tiny loss on Sunday.
I thought although it is perhaps being a bit too confident writing this post so early in the week, it will help me stay on the straight & narrow rest of the week.
Here's to me feeling proud on Sunday & good luck to all of you!

Wishing you all the best for the Sunday weigh in and hope your little changes really help
Good luck with this. Do you know if you have even been eating enough calories. I had this problem when I first started and was advised by someone that by not eating calories your body thinks you are starving it and turns what you do eat into body fat and this weighs more than eating the right amount of calories would. As soon as I upped my calories to the amounts advised by the NHS bmi calculator I started losing weight and have now lost 2st.
Gosh, I take my thyroxine before breakfast (usually) but then eat breakfast straight away! I'm actually having my thyroxine levels checked today so I will ask the nurse. I never knew you have to wait - and I am a retired nurse LOL Daisy1925
