I am new to this forum and basically to the whole weight lose with NHS. I came across your post by accident and I am so glad I did. You look fantastic and are a real inspiration. Just hope I can have your determination and spirit. Well done and thank you!

Thank you so much. How kind of you. I can offer you just two pieces of advice....

1) Do it for you.

2) Take each step gradually. I wanted to go from 18st 7lbs into the 17's and that was my goal. I then wanted to be 17st 7lbs, so just made my goal in 7lb increments. Small achievable steps.
