2lb lost. Sitting here wondering whether I'd gain weight or lose weight if I chewed off my own arm.

Feeling hungry
It would surely have to be a maintain, catmint!
Well done for losing 2lbs, but you shouldn't be hungry. Are you eating the correct number of calories and satiating food?
I think you would loose weight, as you would burn quite a lot of calories while trying to bite off something, chew, and all digestion process, plus amazing amount of calories burnt while trying to survive the pain
Eat celery stalk, an apple, drink water, have a chewing gum. I was advised to chew a liquorice root - haven't tried it, yet.
I am killing my hunger with matcha green tea, not hot, but not cold either.
Maybe try to plan more lean proteins and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, etc.) for tomorrow?
😂😂😂
That's a brilliant plan! Wish I'd thought of it first. Obviously you'd lose weight overall because no process can be 100% efficient and so you'd never succeed in converting 100% of the weight. Even better would be to eat a leg, as they weigh more. Plus you'd have the added bonus of not being able to walk to the fridge and eat extra calories. Maybe the NHS should add it to the 12 week plan? Make it the 13th week step, perhaps?
In the meantime, until such methods have been officially sanctioned by the medical authorities, you could always try an approach which I found helpful, which encourages small snacks and fruit first thing, which staves off the sugar cravings.
Depends how much chocolate sauce you spread on it first. Happy munching.
