I started the day strong I woke up earlier, had a water with lemon and honey, and went for 45min jog-walk with my dog (W4R1 of NHS C25K). It was quite nice and fresh. I've chosen the along canal path, so a lot of nature, not many people Very nice.
Then, I ate nice breakfast: porridge oats with forrest berries and plain yoghurt
Unfortunately, at work I didn't manage to resist rich tea biscuits, as I had to sit in front of it for 1 hour, and I ate 5(!) adding 218kcal
But hopefully I am back on track, after drinking/eating my green smoothie with kale, avocado, pears, banana, and water
I aim at staying strong till the end of this day.

I'm sure you'll do well carrying on strong for the rest of the day, you've done much better than I did yesterday. I was fine until my husband went to bed, then snaffled up far too many oatmeal raisin cookies (@120 each, and I didn't count)!
Good that today is a new day and you can start fresh
For now, I'm good. I've just had an amazing low kcal meal: buckwheat pasta with strawberries and plain yoghurt (no sugar) Sooo delicious, quick and easy to prep. I'm cooling myself down with second portion of my today's green smoothie (kale, 1 banana, 2 pears, 1/3 avocado, water) - also nice and tasty.
Ahead of me some houseworks, so exercises with hoover and mop
