I started the day strong I woke up earlier, had a water with lemon and honey, and went for 45min jog-walk with my dog (W4R1 of NHS C25K). It was quite nice and fresh. I've chosen the along canal path, so a lot of nature, not many people
Very nice.
Then, I ate nice breakfast: porridge oats with forrest berries and plain yoghurt
Unfortunately, at work I didn't manage to resist rich tea biscuits, as I had to sit in front of it for 1 hour, and I ate 5(!) adding 218kcal
But hopefully I am back on track, after drinking/eating my green smoothie with kale, avocado, pears, banana, and water
I aim at staying strong till the end of this day.
