good morning on this glorious day , and todays menu is

breakfast egg on toast

mid morning snack a banana

lunch ham salad

afternoon snack strawberries and yogurt

tea

fish veg and a jacket potato

I am thinking if I forward plan , its going to be the way forward and I will stick to it 😊
