Hi guys when I came on here we sitting at 15 stone and now I am 14 stone so I have lost a stone I am really chuffed just got to stick to it and get the motivation I am now going to the gym and walking and joined a excirse class I was a size 18 and am now a size 14 aswell and am not dieting either just got to cut out of all the junk if I can do it everyone can do it 😀 I am happy in my self aswell
