have you tried planning day by day what you will eat?

if you have an advisor then maybe best run through everything with them.

i promised myself when I started the 12wk plan that i would give it 100% in my first week. I knew if i got through a whole week and seen decent results on the scales then it would spur me on to do better. That's exactly what's its done. Into week three with 8lb off. You should give it a go. 100% i challenge you, you won't regret it! 👍

hope you can find a way that suits you! Good luck!

Hi Dorsetbrummie

From one brummie to another you can do this! Just draw a line under the weekend and start afresh in the morning. To get extra support post your daily plan on the Daily Diary post in Events on the Home page then we can all support you more. Your not a fraud or a failure, you just had a bad weekend!

yes dorset brummie start everyday affresh, you dont have to guiltrip yourself for what happened before, mind you I am just as bad, remember alchohol has alot of calories, so start by just doing what you can to control your alchohol, one item/step at a time

Don't lose heart! Sometimes it's so scary trying a new regime that you can get derailed before you start properly. Sounds like your advisor could help a lot, good luck and keep trying:-))

Thank you so much the positive advice....I have previously been doing slimming world where i could eat as much rice and pasta as i wanted so this is a different way of doing things. The good news is though, i weighed myself this morning and have only gained a pound rather than the four! Maybe the scales do lie!!!:)
