One of my safety coordinators, Zeeshan (I know, cool name right!) just got back from days off. He walks into my office, stops, looks me up and down and says "What's happened to you?", I'm thinking I've maybe got lunch spilled down the front of my coveralls or something weird, "What" I say, "What do you mean?

And that's when he says it........

"You've lost weight, your face is thinner, everything is thinner"

Ahhhhhhhhh.......

Yay 😊 We all knew that of course but it's so nice when other people notice 😊

Exactly that, I knew it, it's just the first time someone said it, great boost for keeping it up and going the rest of the way.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement, would be a lot tougher without you lot!

Yeah, it was a good feeling, my clothes are definitely feeling looser, hard to believe it's been 4 weeks already, 1/3 of the way to the end of the first chapter.

Looking forward to seeing the results after another 8 weeks. The more time I spend doing this the more committed I am becoming to succeed at it. It'll be interesting getting home and getting on the scales, still haven't decided a weigh in day yet though Friday is looking promising as that's the start of the weekend over here.

Have a great week all.

I remember after I lost weight before that feeling when someone notices it gives you a real boost ☺ Its a life change this time and that will be the hardest, but with suport here we can do it

Well done for keeping on track. Im also feeling much more positive now and thats always half the battle to sucess x x
