Hi last January I was 13st & I'm 5'4" I used an app called my fitness pal where you put in your height/ weight etc & how much you want to lose each week ie 1-2lb. It will tell you how many calories to eat each day. You log food & exercise & it tells you if your on target. Generally you don't eat all the calories you burn overall you must burn more calories than you consume. Good luck YOU CAN DO IT! I'm now 9 st & have been for 9 months.

In the modern age, more and more people are looking for ways to achieve proper fitness. Keep track of how much weight you're using and to track your progress and how exericse can give you effective resluts.

I use nutracheck to log my food and exercise as that helps me keep on the straight and narrow. Some days I'm more hungry than others so its good to be able to eat some of the exercise calories and still lose the weight.

Hi im doing a calorie diet & im on day 3, Im a fussy eater I don't eat veg or salads and im struggling to find meals to eat that are low on calories... Ive tried weight watchers meals as they are less then 400 calories and they arent that nice, so ive ended up having a bowl of special k for dinner, Can anyone suggest any meals? Thanks in advance.
