Neither am I, I find some fish too fishy it that makes sense however this tasted rather chicken like
Mmm looks delicious. We eat basa fillets regularly, (even cheaper from Aldi). As you say, they don't taste fishy, for non-fish lovers they are perfect. So low calorie too. I roasted 25 minutes some frozen basa fillets last night, brushed with olive oil and salt and pepper, served with new potatoes on a bed of homemade ratatouille. Yummy!
