Have a look at moreless new post on a "DailyDiary" which can help keep you focussed and motivated at the same time. You can do this! Just need to keep focussed, why not join one of the challenges in the pinned posts to keep you on track.
Remember why and what made you joined in the first place! Keep going you will get there.

Hi well done on losing, now you know you can lose some, you need to keep going you can do this, it's a journey you will have ups and downs but you are a wonderful person who can and will react your goals

Are you following the 12 week plan? You will receive weekly emails which are very useful 😊
You have already shown you can lose a few pounds, so you know it works. Just have to work on the 'reward' system for achieving that. Food is energy, you need a certain amount a day, too much and the weight goes on, try and separate your rewards from food treats and into something else. Focus on the final goal and good luck.

Try not to worry too much my love...... can you expand a bit on your 'splurge' ? I'd like to offer assistance or some words of comfort or advice but I'm not sure what constitutes a splurge ? My 'splurges' believe me are flipping monumental for instance !
