I joined this site 4 years ago, so my profile tells me, alas I'm not at my target weight still and my BMI is too high π
The good thing is that I've never returned to my original starting weight, but due to illness in my family I seem to have yoyo'd my way through the last 2 years. I'm back on track now - going to Slimming World, have a very supportive family and have had a good weight loss record since the New Year.
Looking forward to reading plenty of motivational stories from fellow strugglers.

Good for you.You sound similar to myself in the past. This time I am really motivated. I do have the SW information but I do not go to a group. I am just eating healthily but keeping the SW principle in mind and it seems to be working for me. Getting motivated is a good start and then planning your meals and being patient The weight went on over time .so you will need time to get it off.Small steps Hang in there
