Don't worry for putting weight on during a difficult time. Jump back on the healthy choices wagon, you can do this. I have just out weight on during a holiday. Today I am straight back on the fruit for breakfast, soup for lunch, meat and veg for tea. We can do this!!

Now don't you worry I know it's disappointing but you've had an operation and getting well from that is the most important thing I'm 2 weeks post op too and I am not being silly but having treats as I feel I have enough to deal with Once you get out in the sunshine with your lovely dog it will fall off Just pamper yourself and get really recovered X

Thanks Cat I am sure I am properly fit I felt so light when I went down to 17-13 I want to feel that again I think I have had enough of the treats I have given away some of the chocolate I was given I don't want it in the house Do you want to say what your op was Maybe it was bigger than mine and maybe you feel you need longer to rehab All the very best whatever you decide to do it has to be right for you People noticed I had lost weight so that was a nice ego boost too Take care and hope you too feel really recovered soon

Sure you will be losing it again soon I'm glad you are nice and properly recovered

I've had a hip replacement so it's quite a long convalescence but I'm thrilled at the progress I've made so far I'm proud of myself as I lost 20lbs without any exercise as I was in so much pain

I'm so pleased that people noticed that you lost weight it's great isn't it

Enjoy getting back to a nice normal routine and all the best for more weight loss xx
