Could I walk?
Welcome!
Before I started, I expected that C25K would be a painful experience. But...if you follow the programme, take a rest day between each session and don't over do it, you'll be fine.
Walking uses different muscles, so it's all about doing a 'running action' to make C25K work. It doesn't matter though how slowly you go - it really is a case of keeping within your own limits. There were times I thought I'd have been quicker walking, because it is hard, but if you follow the programme you will be truly amazed at how much improvement you make. You can repeat weeks if you really can't make it, but as soon as you've completed a week, you're ready to go on to the next week...
Take a look at the pinned post to the right - welcome newbies - and give it a go...
Enjoy!
