I just replied to you in Hidden 's 4th July Challenge - it's great that you've joined up with that.
linggirl has suggested the NHS 12 week plan, and I would also say that is an excellent plan, and it is linked to this forum, so it's great to be able to make the most of those resources.

We also have a Monday group weigh-in, so if you would like to participate in that, do look out for the next session which will be on Monday morning. There is also a session to post in from midday onwards too.

Welcome aboard! I've only recently joined the forum in the last 4 weeks and can honestly say that this group is great fun, and extremely helpful in both getting you started and keeping you going....
You say that you would like to lose 20lbs initially - why not sign up to the 'lose a stone for summer' challenge as this will certainly help you on your way. You'll find that there's a lot of motivated people on this challenge, with some great ideas on how to reach this goal.

hi. I have decided to re join. Have not even weighed myself. I tried the 5 2 diet meantime but just cant do it. Stomach rumbled all day then i gave in for treat in the evenings.
