Wondering what people think of them. They are fairly cheap and portable, and I have just bought one... Knowing me the novelty will wear off but I'm gonna play with it... want to try and get a bit more flexibility into my shoulders and improve my knees a bit. Looked at some exercises so we'll see I guess.

Good luck MotherPip, but be careful to follow the instructions properly. I have some, but when I enthusiastically used them at the beginning, I pulled a muscle in my upper arm, which was really painful. Don't be a dill, like me! :D

I've just got one with pictures on the band of what can be done with it.. A physio suggested it as part of my course from a frozen shoulder.

Wishing you success

I'm hoping that someone will point you in the right direction, MotherPip as it won't be me, I'm afraid! I have one but never use it and would like to, as it seems a potentially useful piece of kit!
