Another 2lb's off this week, hooray, and I didn't feel I'd done very well until the weekend - too many carbs last week. Have started writing my food intake down rather than just adding up in my head - it's much easier! I want to start doing more exercise but I need to loose some more weight first as everything jiggles about too much and hurts!

Have you tried MyFitnessPal? It makes it really easy to track your calories, there's a barcode scanner so it's quick and easy and helps with portion sizes too!

Thank you. No haven't tried that, my diet seems to be quite routine now with the same breakfast most days and lunches - not that it's boring it's just consistent a bit like my weight loss! I may well try it out though, thanks for the tip!

Hi thankyou for the message I really need to lose at least a stone and more if I could I always think I can go for a quick fix but it never works does it.
