After staying the same this morning just got into a size 12 jeans not been able to get into for a few years so maybe I've lost inches this week .

I had size 12 jeans when I was 12 years old, think that was the only time.

LOL! My last big "diet" saw me getting down to 11st and a size 12! It was 12 years ago and lasted for about 5 mins!!

Well done, I bet you feel great in those size 12s!! That's brilliant stuff...did you look at them and think 'How tiny, I'll not fit into them!!' then when you did you realised wow!! Fitting into a size 12 was what got through to me most - before that I still saw myself as big but after that I finally accepted I was slimmer when I got into those size 12s!!!

You're doing wonderful, keep up the work. It's not all about the scales but the effort and also your shape! Clearly you're doing something very right!!
