Food diaries, does anyone use them?
Food diaries are useful for a lot of things, Pumpkins
To keep track of exactly what you've eaten and drunk, so no mindless eating.
For keeping a record of calories, the next time you prepare the same meals.
To look back on, to see why you've had a particularly good/bad week on the scales.
For an idea for a meal, when you get stuck in a rut.
To keep notes for days that have left you feeling hungry/satiated/craving
I'm sure there are other things too
Yep. No way would I have lost any weight without them. Keeps me honest.
Absolutely ☺ it's the most important tool in my opinion ☺
Yes I do. It helps me to see where I may be going wrong and also to discuss with my dr.
Yes I definitely do. I use an online app to count calories. Some times I log what I'm going to eat the night before to stop me eating something I havent planned to eat and keep me on track.
I have a food diary,and a exercise diary,poo diary,and monitor my water intake also. 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
Yes I use my fitness pal and it really does help to keep me on track. I like the odd tipple and it helps me to not overdo things.😀
Yep, I use one too. I also track my exercise and I write down anything interesting I see on here that I might want to try, such as some of the alternatives to bread, not that I've made any yet! It is a great reference point as moreless has said.
I love food diary. When I stop using it is when I get in trouble. Every time I have started using one I have lost weight. When I stop using it I gain weight back. So I'm looking at it being a lifetime habit for me. No problem.
