Another pound gone never to be seen again ... Loving this pound losses each week. Two weeks to my hols and two pounds to my first target of a stone gone ... Never to been seen again .... Breaking it done into smaller amounts making it not so hard. Have a fab sunday.

Walking my dog longer 🐾🐾 also i have down loaded my fitness pal. A real eye opener to how many calories i was eating. i feel fitter and healthier and even my chubby beagle has lost weight. Win win 🐶🐶
