hi can anyone suggest the rest of the meals that i could eat totalling 500 calories?
i do love my porridge first thing - i cook from scratch 50gm of oats but then i sprinkle nuts, goji berries or cranberries, honey, linseed.....i love that ..... that might creep up in calories eh?
then for lunch, tea and dinner, your suggestions....just over 500 cals would work too to start?
