Well today after several months with weight watchers I have decided to cancel my subscription with them and ditch this weight by calorie counting. I can spend the money on extra fruit or something. With the support you get from everyone on this forum I believe it can be done and will be done.

Hi. I agree you don't need to pay for WW. What will you do to lose weight if you don't calorie count? I follow a low carb diet and don't eat anything processed apart from a bit of milk in my tea. It works for me as I don't like calorie counting. Good luck, I know you can do it.
Hi Izzy, have you thought about the 5:2? It still involves some calorie counting, but is much more flexible for when life gets in the way. I fast two days a week, and try to stay under 500 cals those two days, and eat sensibly just watching portion size the other five days. Most weeks I lose, although for me personally the weight loss is slow, as I don't have a huge amount to lose. Just an idea anyway. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
Hi i cant really fast at the moment as i breastfeed my 7 month old so he needs the nutrients and things. So i think calorie count and exercise for me. Thank for the suggestion i may look into in a few months time if i dont get far.
Just re-read your post and realised you mean you are ditching WW to count calories instead! Duh! Silly me. Calorie counting will be much more prodductive than counting random points!
I find this site a lot more helpful then the WW one. I never really used the forums there and people are very supportive here!
I misread it too. I have never done WW so just assumed you meant WW was calorie counting. Now I think about it I have heard something about points. Good luck
