Haven't reached my target for the month, but have lost 2 kilos (Punches the air) and lost an inch around my waist. Aiming for a 30inch waist, just under 9 inches to go.

That's brill! Seriously weight-wise thats roughly the same weight as a two litre bottle of water you've lost. :D
