My husband has an interesting philosophy regarding which day peeps get weighed on. He thinks Monday and Tuesday are the worst days because many slip ups occur on a weekend and we pay for it on those 2 days. By Wednesday and Thursday the weekend is starting to wear off so shedding weight is a potential. Friday is the best day because you've been good all week. Saturday and Sunday are also ok because the 'falling off the wagon' hasn't hit yet. It'll be interesting to see from the stats compiled whether he is indeed right...xx

I think he's absolutely right. I've weighed in on a Monday for almost a year so sticking with it and just tell myself that if my weights down after the weekend I must be doing something right. ☺
I am a Friday weigher for this very reason!!
I think more newbies are signed up to the weigh-ins later in the week as they may have joined/caught on to the new daily system later than others. So there's a further advantage for fri/sat/sun as bigger losses tend to happen early on in the weight loss journey. Whereas the earlier mon/tues weigh-ins etc are maybe clogged up with oldtimers like me who are fluctuating/losing slower close to goal... That's my theory! I think the competition favours newbies!
