So signed up yesterday to the forum and downloaded the 12 week plan went shopping, fruit bowl full salad draw full low calorie snacks in the cupboard. Food journal on coffee table. Gym bag ready for tonight's session. So there's only one thing that can stop me now .....ME

Thanks for interest I'm surviving the exercise and can see the difference in performance in only a few sessions the hard bit is the food. How you dealing with it.
