I remember from my WW days that there is a 2 week rule.....if you over eat a little or a lot it will show 2 weeks later!
So this week 195lb.....determined for next week...... My aim was to lose 1lb per week so almost on track, almost.

I've never heard this before!! Interesting I'll keep that in mind when I gain and don't know why when I've had "such a better week than last week". Sorry about your 1lb gain! but you'll get that off soon enough I'm sure!
