Wondering if I will lose weight this week...

I've been half good and half, well, not bad, but I have had more choccy wafer biscuits than I should have today. Have I done enough to shed a pound? Today was another dark and gloomy day, I find that fatal! I have two personalities, one for sunny days and another for gloomy days. Sigh.

Ah well...just keep going....

we just got to take 1 day at a time... I've had a bit of a 'blah' day today as well.. and haven't done my steps either... I'm sure we will get back on track tomorrow

i also wonder weather i have done enough. difficulty is, like most people, i live a busy life, things don't always go according to diet and exercise plan. yes, just keep going, try harder tomorrow. i'm thinking about have a half day fasting on Saturday, my day of relaxation, well, trying to relax anyway

Ach me too. I've been finding it hard to get back into the swing of counting calories this week having had 2 weeks 'off' over Christmas. I really can't afford to get complacent! !

Gloomy cold days don't help all at. Having said that, the forecast for today and sat - at least here down south - is bright and cold, so we should make the most of it!

Onwards, onwards x

Yes, thank goodness we have a few bright days in store! I am not getting as much exercise as I don't really go out walking after dark...In winter the evening is sofa time!

Maybe I'll fit in a brisk walk at the weekend.

Onwards and downwards! Hope you have a good weekend. 😎

Eat lots of brightly coloured fruit and veg to brighten up the day? I'm thinking mango, yelbow peppers, pomegranate seeds .... Daft but who knows,it might cheer you up!

I like that, I also find I want colourful crockery more at this time of year.

I think we were separated at birth - I could have written that post!! You will either have lost, or you won't and - as one of my favourite expressions says - there is no such thing as failure, only feedback. Either way it's information to keep you going. I've discovered that I cope with the grey days better when I exercise outside more frequently...

Good luck and if it's not the result you want use it as motivation next time you want a choccy wafer!

The grey January days are the worst! Looking forward to some sun (even cold sun better than none!). Good luck with your weigh in. Love the fact that your post has 'wafer' as a topic underneath 😂
