Have already dropped from 15 st 7 lbs to 14 st 4 lbs (with clothes on) Hoping to get down to under 10 stone & wanting to achieve that by this time next year.
My top tip. Do not buy "treats"

What a lovely photo. Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your weight loss so far.
Check out the Welcome Newbies post in the pinned posts section (to the right of your screen on a pc, bottom on a mobile) - this contains some great info for starting out and navigating your way around the site.
Take all of your before measurements and maybe a photo.

Well done! I don't even like calling them "treats". Guess I'm too brutal, but I prey I'm doing the right thing for my son. I call sugar filled chocolates, or things of similar nature junk food and I tell my son (3 years old) why they are junk food. I tell him it's ok we sometimes like junk food, cause they exist and our taste adapted to them, but we should always try to eat healthy food whenever possible. I eat junk food occasionally, and I try to do it when my son's not around.
