its been 7 days since i joined and i must say im finding it very difficult to balance between not eating and just eating enough on a daily basis. I am still going to the gym but no obvious changes that are visible yet. Currently working on building my stamina back up to a good level. I guess its a work in progress.

I don't think you would see a difference after just seven days at the gym. It's a longer journey than that!
Regarding your eating, do you mean you struggle to get the right calorie total, or is it that you are struggling to avoid snacking?
Ok great To ensure you feel fully satiated, I would recommend eating as much as you can within your allowance. From experience, we find that losers who eat at the higher end of their range, still lose weight, but stick around for longer because they don't feel famished.
You should never eat under your allowance as your body goes into starvation mode and weight loss can stall.
I would recommend planning your food BEFORE you eat it. Try working out a week's worth of meals. Do you have a weight loss app, such as My Fitness Pal or Lose it!? This can help to track that you're eating enough and that you don't over eat.
Try to eat breakfast if you can, as this kickstarts your metabolism.
Best of luck and come back to me if you have any further questions
