Oh Jayney61 My weight loss varies from week to week, nothing, 200g, 100g then a whole kilo . . . What trying to say is it's not linear, so please don't be disheartened ☺ If you stick to the plan the weight will come off ☺

As already stated, don’t be too disheartened since weight loss can/will fluctuate from week to week.
However, provided that a daily deficit continues to be maintained from maximum calorie recommendation (or TDEE), exercise/activity continues to be undertaken frequently throughout the week and that a conscious effort is made to reduce consumption of refined carbohydrates, in favour of complex sources, for example, you should continue to head in the right direction.
