My advice is to keep a written record of everything you eat, with it's calorie content, because
a) It'll stop mindless eating and make you very aware of what is actually going into your mouth.
b) Will give you a record of how many calories are in your meals, saving you time next time that item is on your menu.
c) Give you a record of what it may be necessary to change, if the scales don't move down
Hope this helps
Hi Moorless has given you good advice there the only thing I sometimes do is keep a little book with total calories of a favourite meal I have made so I don't have to redo all the ingredients in it when I make it next time.
