Fybromalgia and weight

I'm not sure what you've tried but really careful calorie counting should work. Read the pinned posts here if you haven't already and maybe try the NHS plan?
If you write down every single thing that you eat and drink you will be able to see more easily what's happening and why your weight isn't shifting. It's so easy to forget about the odd biscuit or extra piece of cheese or even picking at food whilst you're cooking. We've all done it!
Good luck. This time you'll be able to do it.
Hello and welcome Kaurdt76 ☺
Weight loss can be difficult with additional health problems 😕 But it is possible ☺ Have a good look around the site and ask if you have any questions ☺ Also there are several communities on Health Unlocked that support Fybromyalgia sufferers so they may be useful tool. ☺

Welcome to the forum where you will find many kindly folk to give advice and encouragement. Your fibro will cause you problems no doubt where exercise is concerned and what I would advise you there is not to overdo it. Build up very very gently. Even a tiny bit more than you currently do will help. Walking is great. If you also suffer from low moods (and I have no doubt there either with the fibro) then you may seek fatty and "comfort" foods which will be doing neither your weight nor indeed the fibro any good. Try to eat as well as you can - unprocessed food is always best. I wwish you luck on your journey. Take care.
Hello and welcome, I'm new to this site as well but so far so good. Everyone is so helpful and caring. I also have fibromyalgia plus many other issues and I completely understand how you feel. Are you on any medication? Iv found calorie counting good so far but Monday will tell the truth. Take care xx
