Along with Bowie, Ali, Rickman et al we've lost another who stalwart who entertained in unique fashion.

For me, his greatest live performance was at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert (an other unique entertainer), where I believe he stole the show, as he paid homage to the life of Freddie, in a way he'd have no doubt been proud.
