Hey everyone!

I was so happy that some of you liked my post last week on sharing my food diary!

A 2.2lb loss in this week's weigh in has made me feel extra motivated!

Today's food diary/meal plan:

Breakfast: Porridge, almond milk & raspberries (this is pretty much the same every day. I love it!)

Lunch: Home made tomato soup

Dinner: Vegetable stir fry with carrots, broccoli & mushrooms

Snacks: raisin cereal bar, hula hoops & an apple

Excited to see some other food diaries :D ~Izzy

Well today I have had porridge with blueberries, homemade cauliflower soup, an apple and small piece of Red Leicester, and tonight plan to have Morrisons mushroom tortellini with roast veg and tomato sauce with side salad and if I have enough calories left, then a Longley Farm yogurt. Hopefully about 1300 cal.

That sounds delicious! I'm aiming for around 1200-1400 calories each day, so your diary is helpful indeed! Are you vegetarian by any chance? :D

No, but we don't eat meat every day. Today is a lazy day with a ready meal, but I usually cook from scratch.

Hi princessizzybee , this is mine from today. (up until dinner is the same(ish) everyday)

Porridge made with pinhead oats and water with a diced apple (yesterday it was a pear)

Sugar-free raspberry jelly, mixed berries (cheapie Lidl ones) and fat-free fromage blanc

Small glass of vegetable juice with tabasco and black pepper

An orange (I only eat oranges when they are in season look out for 'Salustiana' they are magic)

Dinner Homemade onion soup, sardines (tinned) and a salad (lettuce, tomatoes and beetroot)

That's an excellent weight loss you had this week :)

Thanks! :D I was so pleased!

I will look out for the oranges, I love them! Where did you get them?

in reply toprincessizzybee

You should be able to get them in most supermarkets (they are often sold for juicing not as dessert oranges) they come in from Spain about the same time as Navaline Late. I bought my last lot from Lidl. Mind they have spoilt me for other varieties of oranges :)
