I do understand with this in a way previously I used to only eat a sandwich for my lunch and my dinner, yes this does mean missing breakfast and what I did eat was not much but I have realised through information on here that because I was not eating enough calories I was putting weight on, my body thought I was trying to starve it so kept making my stomach bigger. I now am trying to stick to the right amount of calories in my bmi and I am losing weight most weeks.
Are you quite low on energy (tired)? do you think you're using the caffeine as a substitute for the energy you would otherwise get from food?
You need to think whether you have any other symptoms (e.g. sore tummy), and if so, see your dr.
I'd suggest you eat even if you don't feel hungry - after a few days it will prompt your body to start wanting food. You're body will assume you're not eating for a reason, and will just be adapting to the lesser amount of food. Make sure you choose healthy, nutritious foods like salad, baked potato, steamed vegetables and ensure you get your calcium from somewhere too.
