Weighing

Hi ,would love to weigh my self , I'm in Portugal with no scales, last week found a chemist with scales, my weight was 136.3 kg. and that was five weeks into the new life style , bra and trousers feel loser so must be losing weight ,just don't know how much but already I now know what I weigh and how much I need to lose.

That was brave thing to do - it means you have faced up to the challenge! Well done for having done the most difficult part of losing weight which, in my mind, is actually getting started;.....don't be daunted by the numbers, this is a new way of life with big benefits!
