I have put on 1lb, it's been a sad week for me.lost a very close friend,so dieting was not my priority.time to start again today .

Oh no so sorry to hear about your friend No you can't think about dieting when you get sad news like that

1lb that's nothing and you have been on your lovely holiday too

Sorry to hear about your loss. Weight loss isn't as important as taking care of yourself emotionally and physically during sad times. well done on only having a 1lb gain, definitely would have been worse if it were me.

Fingers crossed for you this week but remember to be kind to yourself.

Sorry to hear about your friend. Don't worry about the gain, it's very small and is probably just natural fluctuation, just take care of yourself.

I feel for you, I lost my best friend a few years ago and it is a loss like no other. I think that's because close friends are family you choose. I have found it helped staying in touch with my friends husband and family as we have lots of shared happy memories. 💐

Very true ,my friend was my work colleague for a number of years.they were abroad when they died,and they have been buried there.they were in there home land so at least that is one good thing .thanks for replying.

Words can't describe the early feelings of grief.

It gets a bit easier
